(1) [Insert estate trustee's name] as trustee of the estate of [insert name] of deceased has exercise his/her power to sell the property to [insert transferee's name] and has delegated to me [insert attorney's name] on the right to sign on his/her behalf as estate trustee the necessary transfers and statements/affidavits.
(2) I, [Insert estate trustee's name], am merely completing the transaction and I am not exercising any discretionary powers on the estate trustee's behalf.
